Prior to your arrival we will email you with your arrival details and stay confirmation.

For most stays. typically upon arrival, the property will feature a front desk that will assist with the check-in process. A valid governmental ID and credit card will be required at the time of check-in. Only the booking guest of record is able to check-in.

During your stay your best point of contact will be the front desk you checked in with at arrival. Most front desks are reachable from the phone in your unit.

What is the main difference between Rialto and Koala?

Koala is a self-service marketplace. You create your own listing, set your own price, and wait for a traveler to find you on their website. Rialto Vacations is a full-service marketplace. We take your unit and proactively market it across a massive global network, including our direct site, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Airbnb (as a Superhost), and VRBO (as a Premier Partner).

Why list with Rialto instead of Koala?

While Koala has a beautiful interface, their reach is largely limited to people who already know about the Koala website.

Rialto Vacations: We offer commission free payouts. You tell us the net amount you want to receive (e.g., "I want $2,000 for this week"). We add our management fee on top of that for the guest. You get your full requests payout, with no out-of-pocket costs or commissions deducted from your target price.
