Welcome to our spacious two-bedroom condo, where comfort and convenience await you in the heart of Key West. Accommodating up to six guests, this well-appointed retreat features a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and oven. In the primary bedroom, indulge in the luxury of a king-sized bed and enjoy the convenience of an ensuite jetted tub, along with a full bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The guest bedroom layout may vary, offering either two twin beds or one queen bed, and granting access to the full guest bathroom. Please inform us of your preference before booking, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request, although it is not guaranteed. Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a TV offering cable channels, a dining area for six, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Step out onto the balcony and soak in the refreshing Key West ocean breezes, adding to the charm of your stay. Additional Details & Policies
House Rules
- A credit card for a security authorization is required at check-in for $150 refundable deposit. The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 10 PM. Guests arriving between 10 PM-7 AM must check-in with hotel security for a room key and return to the front desk the next morning after 7 AM to complete the check-in process. Please contact the front desk for late arrivals.
- $75+tax per week resort fee due upon check-in
- Due to limited parking, you will be issued ONE parking permit PER 1 or 2 BR UNIT and cannot make exceptions - No oversized vehicles, RV's or trailers. No availability for multiple vehicles. Studios do not receive a parking permit.
- Housekeeping changes linens and towels on Wednesday only. If daily housekeeping is desired, there is an additional charge imposed for it by the resort.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
- SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES AND "RAZOR" TYPE SCOOTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED to be used on the property.
- A limited number of high chairs and Pack-n-Plays are available upon request at check in. Roll-a-ways are available for a small fee (restrictions apply in specific units)
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or any other circumstance that may prevent guest from arriving or requiring guest to depart before the Check-out Date.
