- Cashless Resort: There is no cash available at this resort, and credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
- Modernization of the Grande Ocean elevators will occur between April 2024 and July 2026. Working on only one building at a time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
- The resort will be undergoing a renovation project from Sept. 2024 through May 2026. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or any other circumstance that may prevent guest from arriving or requiring guest to depart before the Check-out Date.
