- One complimentary parking pass is issued for each reservation. Add parking $20 per day/$50 per week excluding holidays and special events, not guaranteed available. The maximum vehicle height for the garage is 7 feet, 4 inches.
- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- Cashless Resort: The only accepted form of payment is by credit/debit card.
- Housekeeping is not included. You may add on services upon arrival for a nominal fee.
- Please be advised that the resort is undergoing enhancements to the Activities Center as well as villa refurbishment in select buildings. This work is taking place Sept. 2026 to Nov. 2026, and again from Apr. 2027 to Jun. 2027. Please anticipate construction noise and intermittent closures of elevators during this time.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or any other circumstance that may prevent guest from arriving or requiring guest to depart before the Check-out Date.
