- The USVI Government will assess a $25 per night, per villa usage fee (subject to change), and will be added to the guest folio at check-out.
- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- Cashless Resort: Only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit card.
- Coral Vista, Sunset Bay, and Virgin Grand Pool villas will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Aug. 2 to Oct. 26, 2026.
- The Main Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment from Aug. 15 to Nov. 7, 2026. During this time, the beach and food and beverage service will remain open. This work will be executed from Monday through Saturday each week and we anticipate some noise between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- The Virgin Grand Building 34 will undergo tub replacement from Aug. 22 to Sept. 13, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours.
- Units received may differ from those depicted in photos. Amenities and bedding may vary.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or any other circumstance that may prevent guest from arriving or requiring guest to depart before the Check-out Date.

- The USVI Government will assess a $25 per night, per villa usage fee (subject to change), and will be added to the guest folio at check-out.
- A housekeeping fee of up to $88 (subject to change) may apply on certain two week, lockoff units depending on how the reservation was booked. Please contact the owner directly for additional details.
- The resort playground will be closed through 2026.
- The main pool, whirlpool spa and select units will be undergoing renovation from 8/2/26 - 11/7/26. Construction noise and activity may experienced from 10AM - 6PM.
