- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- The front desk hours of operation are 7 am to 11 pm daily. If arriving late, please contact the front desk to make arrangements. Guests arriving between 11 pm and 7 am must check-in with hotel security for a room key and return to the front desk the next morning after 7 am to complete the check-in process.
- Starting in September 2026, the resort will begin room renovations in the Main Building before moving to Building 2 (Ocean View). Guest room updates will take place during daytime hours, and some noise may be experienced. A finalized completion timeline is currently unavailable.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or any other circumstance that may prevent guest from arriving or requiring guest to depart before the Check-out Date.
