How Does It Work?

It's simple, start by entering your timeshare information including resort, unit, dates, and asking price. The rate advertised to travelers will be displayed (Our fees are added to your asking price).
Our team reviews your submission and advertises your timeshare on multiple vacation rental websites.
You'll receive an offer by email once a reservation request is received.

How Do I Get Paid?

Full-Service Listings can select from 4 payout options: ACH (direct deposit), PayPal, Check, or eCheck powered by Deluxe. Additional payment options may be available. 

If you select a DIY listing, you'll be responsible for collecting payment from the traveler. DIY listings typically use Check, PayPal, Zelle, or another payment method of your choice.

What Does Rialto Charge?

It's free to list your timeshare.

There are zero fees, zero commissions and no payout deductions.

Guests pay a 10% service when booking with Rialto.

Is there a fee to post your timeshare for rent?

There are no fees to create a listing.

How should I set the rental price?

We provide pricing assistance and tools to help. We recommend setting a rental price that you’re comfortable with. Listing your unit too high can cause it to remain unbooked, and you may need to significantly lower the rate as the check-in date approaches.

What information should I provide in my listing?

Please include any fees or taxes due at check-in and any important information about your unit or the resort. We also recommend providing your reservation number to help us verify your reservation.

Can I use Rialto's e-signature rental agreement?

If you select Full-Service, we will email you a rental agreement after a booking request is received. You may sign it on your desktop computer, tablet, or phone.

How do I protect myself from scams?

Our Full-Service rentals provide built-in protections for owners. For DIY listings, never send money to anyone and never accept a payment for more than your asking price. 

Can I list my timeshare with other websites and businesses?

Yes, We kindly ask that you keep your listing updated with your most accurate pricing and make any availability changes as soon as possible.

What cancellation policies can I offer?

You may select from several cancellation policy options; however, we recommend choosing the most flexible one, as it typically provides the best chance of securing a rental.
