This peaceful property features vacation condos decorated in a classic Colonial style, offering spacious one- and two-bedroom suites ranging from 535 to 1,016 square feet that comfortably accommodate four to six guests.
Each suite provides the privacy of separate bedrooms with king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a mini or full kitchen, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, while two-bedroom units also include a private balcony.
Beyond the well-appointed accommodations, the resort offers an array of modern amenities including three swimming pools, two tennis courts, a movie theater, a game room, and high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as seasonal access to the poolside bar and the on-site King’s Tavern.

This facility is very nice...nice pools, nice hot tub, nice arcade, nice mini-golf course. Everything is top level.

- Check-in: 4pm
- Checkout: 10am
- Service animals are permitted. Pets are not allowed.
- An ID and credit card are required for check-in. Credit card is authorized for a refundable $100 security deposit and any incidentals that are charged to the room during stay.
- Room assignments for guests of owners will be done according to the time/date they were booked. The units will be assigned the morning of check-in day by the Front Desk. Until 10am the desk is busy with check outs and day passes. Owner units have priority for high floors. You can register anytime after 10am. They will call your cell phone when your assigned room is ready. If you arrive early, you are welcome to obtain a day pass to utilize the amenities while you wait for your room to be ready. Day passes can be obtained starting at 8am.
