Resort Policies:
- Saturday or Sunday changeover (reservations that go through a Saturday or Sunday may require switching units).
- Minimum age to check-in: 21
- No Smoking inside the condo.
- No pets
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Parking included for up to two (2) vehicles
- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit of $50.
- All units are inspected by Engineering and Housekeeping after cleaning. Units are not available for occupancy until 4:00pm. Your unit may be subject to inspection at check-out, so please allow ample time. Prior to departure, please strip linens from bed, remove trash and wash any dishes. You must return all key cards issued to you by the front desk before the check-out process may be finalized. Late departures are subject to a partial or full-day charge.
