Resort Policies:
- Minimum age to check-in: 21
- No Smoking.
- No pets.
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Complimentary Parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles will incur a rate of $20/day.
- There will be various ongoing projects being completed throughout the year. The staff has worked diligently to minimize any inconvenience to guests.
- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a check-in fee of $53 and a refundable security deposit.
- Local Tax Due At Check-in. $26/night for two-bedroom units, or $20/night for one-bedroom units (Subject To Change)
- Resort Fee of $25/day
