Resort Policies:
- Minimum age to check-in: 21
- No Smoking.
- No pets.
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Please check in at the Lagoon Tower Lobby within the Grand Waikikian Village.
- Housekeeping services are provided after the third night of occupancy, for stays of five nights or longer. Daily services are available for a fee.
- The state of Hawaii assesses a lodging tax to guests staying at this resort, $20/night for two-bedroom units (Subject To Change).
- If you’re arriving by car, please pull up to the porte cochere on Kahanamoku Street at the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard. Valet parking is also available at the porte cochère for $79/day. Self-parking is located in the nearby resort garage on Kahanamoku Street for $69/day (pricing subject to change)
- Construction: Resort elevators will undergo modernization beginning October 5, 2026, through October 2027, with one cab out of service at a time. Every effort will be made to minimize disruptions and reduce the impact on your vacation experience.
