Resort Policies:
- Minimum age to check-in: 21
- No Smoking inside the condo.
- No pets.
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Cashless Resort-the only acceptable form of payment is Credit/Debit cards.
- Parking fee $35 per day, one car per reservation only. Access to parking is via public parking garage with a clearance of 6'8".
- The resort will be undergoing an exterior facade painting project from June 10, 2025, through Jan 2027. Please anticipate the presence of contractors on the exterior of the building and construction noise. Access to balconies will be needed to complete work, which could cause intermittent availability of balconies.
