Search Criteria
Resort Policies:
- No Pets.
- No Smoking.
- Minimum check-in age: 21.
- An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit card.
- Parking is complimentary for two vehicles.
- From Apr. 13, 2026, to May 31, 2026, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected during business hours.
- The Kingfish pool deck and pool will be closed from Sep. 10 through Oct. 31, 2026.
