Resort Policies:
- No Pets.
- No Smoking.
- Minimum check-in age: 21.
- Parking is $30/day.
- Villa taxes of $26.10 per day (subject to change) due upon check-out.
- An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- Cashless Resort: credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
- PLEASE NOTE***
Resort & Island Recovery Notice: Due to Hurricane Lowell, elevator access, pools/spas, dining, and resort beach access may be limited until further notice. The quiet pool and spa and Hale 3 spa are available, with modified dining service on the Activity Lanai. Beach access is intermittent during construction.
Cleanup and construction across Kauaʻi may also affect parks, beaches, and attractions. Contact the resort for current amenity availability and visit the Kauaʻi County website for island updates. - Beginning Aug. 9, 2026 to Nov. 16, 2026, in Hale 1 through 5 and Jan. 10, 2027 to Mar. 3, 2027, in Hale 6 through 8, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. The construction will be done floor by floor for each Hale. Resort amenities will remain open.
