Resort Policies:
- No Pets.
- No Smoking.
- Minimum check-in age: 21.
- Parking is $30/day.
- Villa taxes of $26.10 per day (subject to change) due upon check-out.
- An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- Cashless Resort: credit/debit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
- Beginning Aug. 9, 2026 to Nov. 16, 2026, in Hale 1 through 5 and Jan. 10, 2027 to Mar. 3, 2027, in Hale 6 through 8, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. The construction will be done floor by floor for each Hale. Resort amenities will remain open.
