Search Criteria
Resort Policies:
- Minimum age to check-in: 21
- No Smoking.
- No pets.
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Complimentary Parking
- Security Deposit: A credit card is required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- Cashless Resort - The only acceptable forms of payment are credit/debit cards.
- Marriott’s Harbour Club is undergoing enhancements that will occur from Jan. 4, 2026 to Feb. 14, 2026. The resort will be closed during this time.
- The resort is located within Sea Pines, which requires a $9 USD entrance fee to access the community.
- Lobby Hours are Sunday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- After Lobby Hours, Owners and guests should utilize the following check-in procedure:
Owners and guests should use the phone located on Marriott's Harbour Club's front porch to reach the front desk at Marriott's Harbour's Club at 843-363-3040.
Keys and arrival materials will then be delivered by the Manager on Duty.
- Only two (2) cars per villa. RVs, Trailers, motorcycles, and commercial/company vehicles are not permitted in Sea Pines.
