Resort Policies:
- Minimum age to check-in: 18
- No Smoking.
- No pets.
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- On-site parking is $30.00 daily per vehicle, typically the parking fee will be waived for owners and guests of owners, who will receive a parking pass.
- An ID and a credit card are required upon arrival for a refundable security deposit.
- CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Marriott’s Shadow Ridge - Villages will be undergoing an interior villa renovation Apr. 27 to Nov. 19, 2026. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities are expected to remain open. Please note that the Roadrunner Pool will be closed for refurbishment from May 26 to Sept. 11, 2026. During this time, the adjacent basketball and volleyball courts will also be closed. The Chuckwalla and Snakebite Pools are expected to remain open.
