- An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.

- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- Housekeeping provides service twice daily. As part of the resort’s eco-friendly initiative, bed linens are changed every third day and only towels placed on the floor are replaced. Otherwise, linens will be changed upon request.
- There is no smoking allowed at this property.
- Complimentary Aspen In-town Shuttle from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during winter months
