This urban retreat operates with a 24-hour front desk and maintains a strictly enforced non-smoking and pet-free environment, with a minimum check-in age of 25.
Standard arrival is scheduled for 4:00 PM with check-out at 10:00 AM, and a credit card is required at the time of check-in for a refundable security deposit.
Given the central downtown location, guests may experience street or nightlife noise, and the residential suites are designed with a more compact urban footprint compared to other locations.
While this resort does not feature outdoor common areas, pools, or recreational facilities, it offers a sophisticated lobby with a cozy fireplace for relaxation.
Access to the higher levels is facilitated by elevators up to the 8th floor, with stair access required for the 9th floor.
